Warm up

Warming up is performed before a performance or practice. Athletes, singers, actors and others warm up before stressing their muscles. It prepares the muscles for vigorous actions. It prevents muscle cramps and injury due to over exertion.

Warming up is the set of  exercises, sorted and graded , all muscles and joints whose purpose is to prepare the body for physical sports to perform properly and avoid injury.
The purpose of warming up is to get our body ready to reach optimum performance level, gradually so that from the beginning of the effort, we can perform at our best.
If you have warmed up, you will be able to give the best of you. Therefore if you do not warm up your body can suffer injuries.

Actividad 2 .Una vez explicado en clase las fases del calentamiento, en el siguiente video vamos a ver como calienta el atlético madrid, usted como futuro preparador físico  ha de saber identificar cada una de las fases del calentamiento, por ello indique en que fase del calentamiento se encuentra en :

  •   Minuto 0 al minuto 2' 40" 
  •   Minuto 2'50 al  minuto 11`
  •   Minuto 11' al minuto 12' 
  •   Minuto 13' al final
